The good things
The team at MHRG were one of the most friendly and welcoming teams I've ever had the privilege of working with! I would described them as a family, close nit and willing to go the extra mile for one another on a daily basis. This ethos was formed through Mark's great leadership ability, where guidance and help came in many forms for each and every employee. There was never a time you couldn't ask for help and his door was always open. On going training was top priority at MHRG and as someone who had only just arrived in Australia I found it extremely beneficial in my first year as a sales executive.

The challenges
Being a Real Estate sales executive is a tough job and in the early years the hours can be long! Providing you enter into this profession with that in mind and have the determination and staying power most don't, I couldn't think of a better place to forge a fantastic longterm career.

The good things
Great team environment, everyone is willing to lend a hand when needed. We have great social events including End of Financial Year and Christmas parties as well as team building and dinners throughout the year. I have had to opportunity to work in multiple positions in the company and develop my skills to be able to move up and take on new challenges and roles. I have appreciated all of these opportunities as they are not given in all work places. The option of moving into a different role/taking on new tasks is always encouraged and facilitated where possible for all staff members. We work hard, but also play hard and there is always time for a laugh.

The challenges
As with all businesses there have been ups and downs, but it is the way we have all banded together as a team to get through them which I really admire about the culture and values of the business and management.
